Implementasi Model Manajemen Total Quality Management Dalam Pendidikan Al-Qur’an Metode Qiro’ati
Abstract
TPQ Hidayatul Mubtadien applies the Qiro'ati Method in teaching the Qur'an. TPQ Hidayatul Mubtadien in managing its institution applies Total Quality Management to produce quality graduates. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of TQM in Al-Qur'an education with the Qiro'ati Method at TPQ Hidayatul Mubtadien Jlamprang Wonosobo. This study uses qualitative methods and types of field research that focus on the problem of implementing TQM at TPQ Hidayatul Mubtadien. Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis by means of data documentation, data reduction, displaying data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of TQM at TPQ Hidayatul Mubtadien in implementing the Qiro'ati method includes a vision and mission that prioritizes customer satisfaction, obsession with quality by conducting periodic surveys, solving problems at TPQ with a scientific approach, long-term commitment with a vision of the future and institutional innovation, cooperation for achieving targets, improving management and teaching patterns for continuous system improvement, the obligation to attend routine methodological events for heads and teachers as a form of education and training commitment, controlled freedom can be seen from the freedom of the volume increase process by teachers, presentation vision and mission of the institution regularly to build unity of purpose and involvement and empowerment of employees in the planning and implementation of all TPQ activities.
